  Membership Types:
 

i. Yearly Member (Ahli Biasa)
ii. Lifetime Member (Ahli Seumur Hidup)

   
  Membership Fees:
 

i. Entrance Fee (RM50) + Yearly Fee (RM100) = RM150;

OR

ii. 50 years old and below: Entrance Fee (RM50) + Lifetime Fee (RM1,000) = RM1,050
  OR 51 years and above (RM500) = RM550

 

   
 

Application Requirements
   
 
  1. Application is open to all orthopedics spine surgeons who are Malaysian Citizens only.
  2. Must be a qualified orthopedic surgeon with at least 6 months' spine surgery training in any of the certified spine units in Malaysia.
   
  Please note that membership application is subjected to Committee's approval.
   
   
 

How to Register?
   
  Step 1
  Download the membership application form and fill in the required details.
   
  Step 2
  Email the completed form along with copies of:-
 
  1. Mykad
  2. Certificate of MBBS and Ms Orthopaedic
  3. Letter of 6 months orthopaedic training in any accredited spine fellowship units
  Please email to secretariat@mss.org.my and wait for the approval email from MSS Secretariat.
   
  Step 3
  Upon approval, make payment via online bank transfer or bank in cheque to:
